Details: Featuring emerging saxophone giant Kamasi Washington (touring with Chaka Kahn and Stanley Clark) and written by bassist Matt Montgomery and producer Gregory Howe, Throttle Elevator Music's 'Jagged Rocks' is their best record to date.
