The only full length studio album from Minor Threat. These 8 songs were enough to make a lasting impact on America's punk scene. Upon its release, Out Of Step instantly became iconic for American hardcore, not to mention the D.C. scene, for years to come. Pretty much any punk band that would fuse personal and social politics bears some influence from this album. Ian MacKaye leads the band with an outraged performance, building on the energy from guitarists Lyle Preslar and Brian Baker, bassist Steve Hansgen, and drummer Jeff Nelson. Essential for any punk rock fan.
